I phoned David on a Wednesday to explain to him that a survey had found woodworm in the attic of the house I was selling and I didn't want this to slow down the sale of the property. I asked David if he could help me out and three days later he was there with his son on a Saturday, and the job was done so efficiently. My house was left clean and tidy, just as they found it.
